You suffered along with those in prison and joyfully accepted the confiscation of your property, because you knew that you yourselves had better and lasting possessions. So do not throw away your confidence; it will be richly rewarded. You need to persevere so that when you have done the will of God, you will receive what he has promised. (Hebrew 10:34-36)
There will be a time when we will be in prison because of Christ. Our property will be confiscated. Money will not be of much value in these kinds of times. God’s calling for us is to persevere. Don’t give up on our faith. Keep His promises and keep trusting Jesus.
Life is not easy, it can be so difficult. But God is with us. He is Immanuel, He never leaves us alone. God, help me to overcome my problems. Help me to rely on you more than ever. Help me to know You more. Amen.
