Two men were stripped, beaten, flogged, thrown into prison, and had their feet fastened in the stocks because of the name of Jesus they preached. And what were their response? “they were praying and singing hymns to God” (Acts 16:22-25)
The flower of love will always bloom even in the driest season. Its sweet fragrance of praise will never fade even in the darkest place.
Following Jesus wherever He goes, even to the fire of persecution, with love in my heart and praise from my lips. Amen.
