Needing Him

Appointed as a king, surrounded by his mighty men, supported by skillful and brave warriors, thousands of the army men were ready to serve him. One might wonder whether the king needed anything more? In front of his powerful armies, he revealed the desire of his heart, that was to seek God’s presence.

One may leave God when he thinks he has everything, but beloved, God is everything. Without God, one has nothing.

(lesson from 1 Chronicles 11-13). Praise the Author.

Yes and Amen

“Aku yang lama mati, sekarang Yesus yang hidup di dalamku!” wow wow wow wow wow wow…………………………………wow

He Was There All the Time

He Was There All the Time

Time after time I went searching for my peace in some void
I was trying to blame all my ills on this world I was in
And surface relationships used me till I was done in
O and all the while someone was begging to free me from sin

He was there all the time
He was there all the time
Waiting patiently in line
He was there all the time

Never again will I look for a fake rainbows end
Now that I have the answer, my life is just starting to rhyme
Sharing each new day with Him is like a cup of fresh wine
Oh what I missed He’s been waiting right there all the time

Jesus is always there all the time. Sometimes I made Him wait in the line, I didn’t realized how it made Him sad. God is a friend, a father, a lover, everything I need.

Day 8

I Love to Tell The Story
I love to tell the story
of unseen things above,
of Jesus and his glory,
of Jesus and his love.
I love to tell the story,
because I know 'tis true;
it satisfies my longings
as nothing else can do.
Refrain:
I love to tell the story,
'twill be my theme in glory,
to tell the old, old story
of Jesus and his love.

2. I love to tell the story;
more wonderful it seems
than all the golden fancies
of all our golden dreams.
I love to tell the story,
it did so much for me;
and that is just the reason
I tell it now to thee.

(Refrain)

3. I love to tell the story;
'tis pleasant to repeat
what seems, each time I tell it,
more wonderfully sweet.
I love to tell the story,
for some have never heard
the message of salvation
from God's own holy Word.
(Refrain)

4. I love to tell the story,
for those who know it best
seem hungering and thirsting
to hear it like the rest.
And when, in scenes of glory,
I sing the new, new song,
'twill be the old, old story
that I have loved so long.
(Refrain)
